Reliant In-Home Care is the perfect solution for clients who choose to remain in their home or want augmented one-on-one care in an assisted living facility.  Our clients include seniors with diminished eyesight or hearing, ambulatory difficulties, respiratory ailments, cancer, coronary disease, Parkinson's disease, Alzheimer's/dementia, or those at any age with long or short term physical challenges.  To meet your needs, we provide three general levels of care as well as a number of important supplementary services.  All of our services can be tailored to your individual needs.

We offer centralized billing and payment services and also courtesy long term health care insurance billing.  In addition to the free initial case assessment, our clients receive the benefit of on-going supervisory in-home visits.   We are always available 7 days a week to answer any client's inquiries and render assistance as needed.

We provide care from 4 to 24 hours a day, shifts of 12 hour overnight care and around the clock live-in assistance.

General Services Offered:

Companion/Homemaker    This level of service offers attentive companionship that ensures safety, independence and comfort for our clients.  Our caregivers will assist in basic housekeeping, meal preparation, medication compliance, escorting, run errands and facilitate social stimulation.  We focus on rendering need-matched assistance in order to maintain your loved ones' independent life style.                                 Click here for more details.

Personal Care Aid    In addition to the services provided by the Bronze Level, we provide non-medical directed personal care which incorporates a greater degree of skilled and compassionate hands-on care.  This includes: ambulating and mobility assistance, personal hygiene, exercise and special diet compliance.                                 Click here for more details.

Advanced Care    In addition to the above services, the Gold level provides a Certified Nurse Assistant or a Certified Home Health Aide to assist with continuum care in the home setting under the direction of a medical team, doctor's orders or Hospice Nurse care manager.  We aim to provide comfort, support, and consistency of care toward recovery or peaceful end of life Hospice care.                                 Click here for more details.

Additional Services:

Medical Escorting

If you need escorting to a medical appointment or procedure we can provide a driver to and from the procedure as well as have a caregiver stay with you for post-operative monitoring and recuperation.

Temporary Respite Care

Respite care services provide time off for family members who care for a loved one.  We provide caregivers for planned temporary, or substitute care, that allows breathing space for a family member who may need rest, a vacation or time for important personal matters.  Let our professionals provide the well deserved break you, as the principal caregiver, need.

Travel Chaperon

We can assist seniors or physically challenged individuals to safely go out of town for family gatherings or to enjoy a vacation.

Care Augmentation Services

When a client needs extra assistance at a hospital, nursing home or senior facility; Reliant In-Home Care will send in a professional caregiver to enhance the quality and expand the scope of care the client is currently receiving.   In addition, this service provides extra monitoring and accountability thus easing the concerns of family members who because of distance or other responsibilities are unable to visit often.

Compassionate Touch Massage Therapy

We can arrange massage treatments in the comfort of your home with our trained and licensed therapists.  Treatments are uniquely designed to therapeutically benefit the client.  This specialty service is booked by appointment only.
